As a snapshot of who I am, I started with General Motors before joining IKEA, producing phenomenal results and turning around the success of stores across the furniture giant’s international portfolio. Holding senior management roles everywhere from the UK and Switzerland to South Asia, in 2017, I felt it was time to use my expertise to help other businesses grow. Since becoming an ActionCOACH, over a period of two decades, I have been coaching and developing senior executives for successful progression. As a global coach for IKEA, I was instrumental in growing and empowering senior managers in their progression to country/global roles by developing their leadership skills and implementing management strategies to create sustainable, successful enterprises. I am incredibly passionate about supporting key stakeholders in creating and building sustainable organizational cultures.
